3 nonprofits teamed up to create Growing Results an organization with a shared mission for energy & environmental advocacy. When moving into the newly renovated Balston Exchange building it was important for them to share their story. Environmental graphics are used throughout the space with custom touches of a nature wall at the reception area adjacent to a well-branded large divisible conference space. Shared amenity spaces were located in centralized locations with ancillary furnishings that lend themselves to more collaborative encounters. Their organization is office intensive so private offices were located along the window line to take maximize natural light and admin. workstations were located just outside offices for convenience. Both private offices and open work areas incorporated a more flexible workspace with height adjustable worksurfaces. The entire space is pulled together with elements of agriculture messaging throughout the space.
