Karen is the Punch-Service and Warranty Coordinator. She has been in the furniture industry for over 30 thirty years, functioning as an Installation Manager, Service Manager and now Punch Coordinator. She is a dog lover with two canine companions who live with her, her husband and her mother-in-law.
